Dear Sir / Madam,

My association with Alipore Social Welfare Trust started since Three Years. I started my service at their Jawahar Nursing Home as Honorary E.N.T. Consultant on once-a-week basis. I am the Native of a Metropolis like Ahmedabad & hardly knew the hardship faced by poor Patients of small rural places, until I started my practice in Bilimora Ten Years back. So when the ASWT (Alipore Social Welfare Trust) came up with the idea of setting up a hospital with modern amenities. I readily agreed upon to look after the whole project & in a way to eliminate the sufferings of the rural poor masses. I am sure that that Alipore Hospital will go a long way in bringing the smile on many a harassed lot, at a very economical rate.

The site is idyllic, with peace and serenity. The hospital would serve many people, as it is on the busiest National Highway No. 8.

It is a two Storeyed building and unique in elevation and design, with very spacious parking and waiting rooms. There is continuous water supply from a bore with a submersible pump.

The total construction of the building and other structures will be around 60,000 sq. ft. 

It is expected that the hospital will cater to a population of about 300-400 thousand people . It will have three full time doctors viz. One Surgeon, one Orthopaedic surgeon and one Gynaecologist, Dental and part time specialists in paediatrics, Eye, E.N.T., Skin, Psych. etc. There would be few R.M.O.s (Resident Medical Officers) to look after indoor patients round the clock. There are plans to accomodate Visiting Super-Specialists soon in near future.
