Respected Elders, Brothers & Sisters, We are pleased to inform you that this mega project of setting up of Alipore Hospital & Research Centre is well fulfilled now and the services provided and operations performed in the very first year were never imagined in past. ALL GREAT THINGS START FROM SMALL It’s a law of nature that all great things start from small. Alipore Social Welfare Trust was established in 1984 for providing basic primary treatment in Alipore with proper Medical Experts and Medicines. Initially we started serving for daily 2 hrs. Clinic with one doctor, which was then extended to 8 hrs with one lady doctor too. After getting good response we started Jawahar Nursing Home with 4 Bed Day Care Centre. In the meantime, with the advice of our elders and well wishers, we went for a full fledged General Hospital Project, which today, is like a dream come true, to many of us. When ASWT was established, we ourselves were unknown that one day there will be a Hospital Project with various services and will be as big as it is today. Here we would like to thank Almighty and all our donors for making it possible. The good wishes and prayers are answered by Almighty and we assure you that there will be many further developments in the future and that we will soon be developing various departments equipped with more modern machineries and equipments. And for this purpose we require support from all sides. We assure you of best services and wise use of funds and donations.
