MEETING-CUM-GET-TO-GATHER

A function was held at Alipore Hospital Campus at AHRC. Delegates from abroad and India, from following villages attended this programme:

The programme started with:

  1. Kiraat: The programme started with a “Kiraat” by Kari Gulam Diwan Saheb
  2. Prayer: A Thought-Provoking song-cum-prayer was performed by Students of Nursing Assistant Course.
  3. Nazam:- by Hafiz Naimuddin (a blind student from Degam Madressa) spellbound the audience.
  4. Electing a Chair Person: President of the institute, Mr. Hassanbhai Mayet then proposed the name of Mr. Hassanbhai Karolia as a president of this meeting which was seconded by Secretary of the Institution, Mr. Bashirbhai Karolia and all with great response. Mr. Hassanbhai Karolia and other dignitaries were then invited to the dias by Mr. Hassanbhai Mayet and the proceedings of the function started.
  5. Welcoming Guests: Secretary of the institution Mr. Bashirbhai Karolia welcomed all the guests from U.K., South Africa and invitees from Alipore and surrounding villages to Alipore Hospital and this function with warm heart and a welcome speech.
  6. All the dignitaries and guests are honoured and welcomed by a flower by Trustees and Doctor of Alipore Hospital thereafter.
  7. Speech: Dr. Sapnesh Patel gave brief introduction of the Surgical Department and particularly of Laparoscopy Surgery.
  8. Poem: Mr. Miyabhai Basser praise the services of the hospital with poem (shayri).
  9. Report: Dr. Jayraj Desai gave the details of various departments of the hospital, and services & facilities provided at Alipore Hospital, hospital staff and future requirements of the hospital.
  10. Reflections: Thereafter various dignitaries, invited guests gave their reflections about the activities carried out by the hospital and the trust.

    7. Mr. Yusufbhai “Bhatli” of Hifazat Medical Trust”.

10. Chairman’s Speech: Mr. Hassanbhai Karolia, president of this function and meetings addressed the gathering and urge all the present to come forward to help wholeheartedly in this humanitarian cause.

11. Vote of Thanks: Mr. Hassanbhai Mayet, President of the Institution gave away vote of thanks. He also thanked all the donors who had made this project of Alipore Hospital a big success. He also thanked the visiting foreign delegates for sacrificing their time and attending this function. He also assured the guests to do the needful for their suggestions. He also thanked all the members of Muslim Aid UK for the donations of equipments. He also announced of a 3D Color Doppler Scanning Machine (Subject to Donation from Muslim Aid UK) which will be the only Machine in 30 kms. radius. He wished that Muslim Aid UK will make decision regarding this equipment in near future. He also announced a full-fledged Physio-Therapy Department, a New Surgical ICU and ICCU cum-Trauma Care Ambulance in near future. He thanked Almighty and prayed for all the donors and doctors and staffs and colleagues for their support.

12. Duaa: The meeting ended with a “Duaa” from Kari Saleh Sahab

13. Dinner: Delicious Gujarati Vegetable Thali Cuisine Dinner was served thereafter to all the guests.
