a)                   Welcoming Guests: Vice-President of ASWT, Mr. Abdul Hai Gajaria welcomed all the guests. He gave brief information of the motive for which Alipore Social Welfare Trust had introduced ASWT ALIPORE HOSPITAL DISASTER RELIEF FUND and thanked Almighty and also expressed his deep gratitude to all the donors and well-wishers of the trust. He said many people doing relief work phoned him to inquire how the work is carried out and asked for advises and he would give the phone numbers of Mr. Hassan Mayet for more information and the way the disaster relief work should be carried out. He said the disaster relief work done by ASWT is appreciated and acknowledged by all other relief workers too.

b)                   Speech: Mr. Ismail Gajaria, said he was with the disaster relief workers and is pleased to state that the work was done very professionally and each volunteers were hand-picked and chosen by Mr. Hassan Mayet. They worked hard and also congratulated the volunteers that they would be rewarded in both the worlds. 

c)                   CHAIRMAN SPEECH: Mr. Hassan Mayet gave brief introduction about ASWT ALIPORE HOSPITAL DISASTER RELIEF FUND DEPARTMENT and how the work was carried out. He stated first clean-up Operation was carried out with distribution of Disinfectants and shovels to clear up mud in the streets. Medicines were provided to those 25 doctors whose clinics were submerged. Medicines were also given to three leading Hospitals, namely Lokhat Mulla Hospital, Sufi Sarvajanik Hospital and Burhani Hospital. Distribution of Food Kits was done with the volunteers present. He said the work's success is just because of the support and co-operations by the relief volunteers. He thanked the volunteers and asked them to be ready to serve for the disaster stricken people whenever called. He said Certificate of Appreciation distribution is just a gesture ASWT can do. The real certificate will be issued by Almighty himself in big way in both the worlds. He also added that the house given for relief work purpose by Mr. Ebrahimbhai Akudi is well appreciated by the Trust. He further stated that now repair and construction work of the affected houses are on and ASWT ALIPORE HOSPITAL DISASTER RELIEF FUND is part of these repair and rehabilitation. He also said ASWT ALIPORE HOSPITAL DISASTER RELIEF FUND also has helps small vendors by giving them hand-carts to start their work. He also informed that ASWT ALIPORE HOSPITAL DISASTER RELIEF FUND has also sent life saving medicines and kits to "Sahyog Sarvajanik Hospital, Kapadvanj" where there was acute need of life savings medicines for the relief of disaster stricken patients who also suffered from epidemic like leptosporaisis, malaria, cholera, dysentery etc. He expressed his deep gratitude to all the donors of the disaster relief fund.

d)                   DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATIONS: To volunteers was done with Mr. Hassan Mayet calling out the names of the volunteers and Mr. Asif Laher giving away the certificates of appreciations to them. The names of the volunteers are:

e)                   Speech: Mr. Asif Laher gave an emotional speech and praised the work performed by ASWT and also said he had seen the Doctors Staffs and Nurses working hard and also asked audience to make duaa for his grandmother Aasufoi Laher. He said he had seen the photos of disaster relief work done by ASWT and its volunteers and feels proud of them.

f)                     VOTE OF THANKS: Mr. Hassanbhai Mayet, President of the Institution thanked all the people for attending the programme. With request for duaa for Aasufoi. He said he appreciated Mr. Asif and Mr. KamreAlambhai Laher, Mr. BadreAlam Laher and Dr. Ashraf Laher for visiting India after hearing the illness of Aasufoi Laher. He requested all to make duaa for Aasufoi and also for the sick patients who were affected by epidemic and virus due to flood in Surat. 

g)                   Duaa: The meeting ended with a “Duaa” from Qari Abdul Hai Gajaria.
