Kiraat: The programme started with a “Kiraat”  from the verse of Holy Qur'aan, the words of Almighty God by Fazlekarim Ziyauddin Maheta, aspiring student for Medical Degree for Smolensk State Medical Academy, Smolensk, Russia.

Welcoming Guests: Secretary of ASWT, Mr. Bashirbhai Karolia welcomed all the guests which was very emotional. He also introduced all the dignitaries sitting on the dias. He also gave brief information of the motive for which Alipore Social Welfare Trust had introduced Education Relief and Scholarship fund and also thanked Almighty and also expressed his deep gratitude to all the donors and well-wishers of the trust. 

All the dignitaries and guests are honoured and welcomed by a flower by Trustees and Doctor of Alipore Hospital thereafter.

INTRODUCTION OF STUDENTS GOING FOR RUSSIA: Each student going to Russia for Medical Degree gave their brief introduction and also asked the audience to pray for their better future and successful journey.

Speech: Dr. Nazir. I. Kanuga gave brief introduction of the Medical Degree Course in Russia and also informed the audience that he had been to Russia two times at both Smolensk State Medical Academy and Tver State Medical Academy and found both the Academies good. But he preferred Smolensk State because it is ably managed by Dr. Alok Aeron, Chief Advisor for Immigrant Students, SSMA, Smolensk Russia. He expressed deep concern that the rate of students of South Gujarat for Higher Education is much lower than that of Central and Northern Gujarat. He acknowledged Alipore Social Welfare Trust and Anjumane Taleemul Muslimeen's gestures and effort by the board members towards Higher Education. He insisted that female students should opt for Higher Education and he felt good that there are  quite a few female students sponsored by these institutions. He stated that the standard of education is at par to any reputed Medical Academies and Smolensk State Medical Academy is 22nd by World Health Organisation.

Speech: Mr. A Rashid Patel of Malekpore gave brief of Anjuman-e-Talimul Muslimeen and its motive to educate the under privileged. He gave few good advises to the students and advised them to study obediently and get good results. His tips and advises were applauded by all the people present. He said he was proud to have worked for Education Awareness with people like Dr. N I Kanuga, Mr. Hassan Mayet and Bashir Karolia.

CHAIRMAN SPEECH: Mr. Hassanbhai Mayet explained in detail the effort made by the members to accumulate funds for Education Relief And Scholarships and that in the time when the students only above 92% marks could get medical admission and the students achieveing marks below 92% have to cough up a donation amount to the tune of upto Rs. 35 Lacs for reputed Medical Colleges which deprives under-previledged students from Medical Degree, the less expensive alternative is to send their ward to Russia, China, Mauritius, Belarus and other countries. For the first year compared to any medical college in India the amount spent is less and affordable. He hailed the decision of Hyderabad High Court which directed Medical council of India to give acceptance to all the Medical Academies which are in the list approved by World Health Organisation. He said lot of students are diverting to foriegn countries just because of heavy expenditure and depriving of Admissions because of reservations to Scheduled Caste and tribes and other resrevations like OBC and private placements.

DISTRIBUTION OF SCHOLARSHIPS: Each Student was called and were given scholarships by Dr. N. I . Kanuga, Mr. Rashid Patel, Mr. Bashir Karolia, Mr. Gulam Nabi Laher and Mr. Hassan Mayet along with a gift.

SOUVENIR TO GUEST: was given by Bashir Karolia to Dr. N. I . Kanuga and Treasurer Mr Gulam Nabi Laher gave to Mr. Rashid Patel.

VOTE OF THANKS: Mr. Hassanbhai Mayet, President of the Institution thanked all the people for attending the programme. He also thanked all the donors especially all the members of Muslim Aid UK  who had made this project of Education Relief and Scholarship a big success. He also thanked the visiting  delegates for sacrificing their time and attending this function. He also assured the guests to do the needful for their suggestions. He also thanked for the donations of equipments.  He thanked Almighty and prayed for all the donors and doctors and staffs and colleagues for their support.

Duaa: The meeting ended with a “Duaa” from Mr. Ziyauddin Maheta.
