A function was held at Haji Adam Hassan Mayet Conference Hall at AHRC. Delegates from abroad who attended, are as under:

The programme started with:

1. A Qiraat
2. A Prayer (Ae Malik Tere Bande Hum....) presented by 6 student nurses. 
3. Secretary Mr. Bashirbhai Karolia welcomed all those present. And conveyed his gratitude to Dr Sarang Shah and Dr. Parvez Shaikh and also expressed his feelings that they are leaving the hospital which is sad and also wished them a bright future and asked for full co-operation from them whenever needed by  Alipore Hospital. Bashirbhai also welcomed Dr. Swapnesh Patel and Dr. Binita Patel and expressed his desire to work with our medic and paramedic team shoulder- to-shoulder. 
4. President Mr. Hassanbhai Mayet gave brief introduction of guests Mr. Shabbirbhai Daji of UK, Yusufbhai Ebrahim Patel, Thala And Batley UK and Mr. Mohammedbhai Amin of Lenasia, Johannesburg South Africa and greeted them with flower bouquets. And conveyed his gratitude to Dr Sarang Shah and Dr. Parvez Shaikh and also expressed his feelings of their good teamwork and combination of them was extraordinary, he said. He also greeted Dr. Swapnesh Patel and Dr. (Mrs.) Binita Patel & welcome them to the family of Alipore Hospital & Research Centre. And also asked all the staffs to co-operate with all the Experts and expected everyone to take car of each and every patients as patients satisfaction is the main priority. 
5. Dr. Jayraj Desai gave brief account of the services of Dr. Sarang Shah and Dr. Parvez Shaikh & praise the humanitarian approach of both the doctors. He recalls past memories of the excellent work done by them and thanked them for their selfless service to the poor and needy patients.
6. On behalf of Alipore Social Welfare Trust and Alipore Hospital & Research Centre, both the outgoing surgeons (Dr. Sarang Shah and Dr. Parvez Shaikh) were honoured by Mr. Shabbirbhai Daji, Mohammedbhai Amin and President Mr. Hassanbhai Mayet with a Certificate of Appreciation and a Memento as a token of Love and Respect.
7. Guests Mr. Shabbirbhai Daji & Mr. Mohammedbhai Amin addressed the gathering and shared their views on services to Mankind. They have also praised the Work & Service being carried out at Alipore Hospital & Research Centre and premised their whole-hearted support for this noble came.
8. Dr. Sarang Shah and Dr. Parvez Shaikh gave their responses in brief after this and thanked all for their co-operation and the honour given to them.
9. Dr. Pradip Patel & Dr. (Mrs.) Jyoti Patel highlighted the academic qualifications of Dr. Swapnesh Patel and introduced him to the audience.
10. Dr. (Mrs.) Jyoti Patel highlighted the academic qualifications of Dr. (Mrs.) Binita Patel and introduced her to the delegates.
11. Dr. Swapnesh Patel & Dr. (Mrs.) Binita Patel gave their response in few words and thanked all and requested all for their co-operation.
12. VOTE OF THANKS: Mr. Ashraf Vali Mulla gave away the Vote of Thanks.
